First thing fist. I would like everyone to know that this isn't all about dieting and loosing weight. It's also about cooking healthy foods and maintaining the weight lost. I want to encourage my friends and family members to keep it up and going. Dieting is not something we do once or twice a year, it's something we do nonstop throughout our lives. I'm going to try and keep this thing updated and to the point.
